I’ve had the privilege of being a part of some really amazing milestones in people’s lives lately. This is definitely the best part of my job as a photographer. The word “thankful” doesn’t even seem to cover it most of the time. Loren’s maternity session is no exception.

Loren and I met in college at Lambuth University, a place we both still love to reminisce over in conversation. When Loren contacted me in November about documenting the birth of her first child, I was both honored and excited that she reached out to me! She and her husband Tyler are expecting a perfect little girl in March, and I’m so excited to meet her when she arrives. If she’s anything like her Mama and Daddy, she’ll be super sweet and super good-looking!

Loren and Tyler made the drive from Nashville to Jackson for their maternity session, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. It was chilly and the wind was blowing pretty strongly, but goodness, was the sunlight beautiful! The golden light we had just before sunset only magnified the glow of Loren’s beauty. I’m glad they ventured all the way out to the farm so we could get these GORGEOUS pictures before Miss Willow Capri arrives! I know I say this a lot, but maternity sessions are seriously my favorite, and this is why. Here are some of my favorites from Loren and Tyler’s session.
